SVYCA encourages students to pursue careers in sustainability, with most choosing college as a pathway after high school.

SVYCA’s College Network supports members in college as they explore diverse fields of study and careers – additionally, it’s the framework through which SVYCA College Students can give back to the organization through mentorship of existing members and Action Teams.

COLLEGE MENTORSHIP

SVYCA employs a College Mentorship program to maintain a continuous knowledge transfer between new and previous leadership. 

From supporting existing high school Action Teams to working with SVYCA’s Leadership/Executive Team on various organization-wide initiatives, this program encompasses a wide range of opportunities beneficial to both SVYCA as an organization and prospective College Mentors as they hone their leadership skills in the community.
